LegalDock ApS is the data controller for personal data processed via the platform. We process data you enter and technical data at signing time (IP, device, timestamp).

What data

• Profile: name, email, company, language.
• Document content: every field you enter.
• Signature evidence: IP, device, timestamp, signature image.

Your rights

You have the right to access, deletion, data portability and to file a complaint with the data protection authority. You can export all your data from the Account page.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as your account is active. Completed signed documents are retained for 10 years as legal evidence unless you explicitly request deletion.
