These terms govern your use of the LegalDock platform. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. The service

LegalDock provides templates and digital signing. We do not provide individual legal advice. Consult a lawyer for complex matters.

2. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and that people you invite to sign have consented.

3. Payment and right of withdrawal

Payment is processed via our provider. One-off purchases can be refunded within 14 days if the document has not been sent for signing or downloaded.

4. Limitation of liability

LegalDock cannot be held liable for losses arising from use of the templates. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant document.
